Project Manager for Operating Model Re-Configuration
Our client, a global bank with an office in greater Zurich, are looking to hire a Project Manager to oversee the reconfiguration of their existing operating model.
Reporting directly to the COO, the ideal candidate will be working closely with sales, support and services in order to improve the interface with end clients, to enable the organisation to meet their strategic growth targets. The role will be group wide, so direct liaison with a number of different jurisdictions will be key to the success of the project.
To apply for this position, you must have 5-10 years experience in banking/trading/asset management, with exposure to both sales and IT. In terms of character, an outgoing dynamic persona, with strong leadership qualities is a must, versatility very much required also with the nature of the project.
Being a cross jurisdictional role, fluency in German and English is a must, good French and Italian very much preferred, and a Scandinavian language would be a real bonus.
Start date - November ideally, 12 month project, extension possibilities.
