ICT Supporter Professional
On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss company within IT, we are looking for a senior ICT Supporter for this contract position based in Bern, Switzerland our client is looking for a German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be;
- Support the helpdesk BA in introducing Office 2013 and the two-factor authentication with Clients.
- This includes Standard helpdesk tasks
- User and Access Management
- solution of specific Office 2013 problems
- Troubleshooting printers
- This direct use in helpdesk BA will only serve to discharge the Help Desk to that the employees can familiarize themselves with the various tasks
- Update permissions
- Update templates and directories
- Risk map for the adaptation needs of the ICT specialist applications
- Update o mail addresses
- Adapt distribution lists.
- Update phone numbers/voice prompts in telephone exchanges.
The skills and experience needed for this position are;
- Very good user knowledge of Office 2013
- Knowledge of electronic certificates (encryption/decryption selucryption)
- Knowledge of virtual workplace environments (Citrix)
- Experience with migration projects
- Fluency in German and one other language
