Java Developer
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Java Developer. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Work as part of a delivery focused agile development team
- Grooming and estimating user stories
- Developing solutions to user stories
- Building automated tests for solutions
- Participate and drive architecture discussions and designs
- Participate and drive procedural change through continuous improvement and retrospectives
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE development (5+ years professional experience)
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience developing C# user interfaces
- Experience working in the financial industry
- Ideally knowledge of Funds, Hedge funds and Exchange Funds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
