Harvey Nash is looking for a Communications Specialist for a 4 month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate who will be able to support an ongoing project within Roche IT and Finance in a communications specialist role. The role will develop a communication plan and ensure it is implemented accordingly. This includes (but is not limited to) the development of communication messaging in the form of news articles, emails, G+ posts, Intranet publishing, and Powerpoint presentations.
You are responsible for
Creation and management of communication plan & launch activities including keeping timelines for both IT and Finance Brainstorming on effective communication approaches Establishing training materials for both line managers and employees Authoring articles for Intranet, newsletters, etc Presentation development support content creation Interfacing with Finance & IT Communications department (and external providers if necessary) Creating additional marketing content the project (posters, etc) Developing a sustainable post-launch communication plan Developing story line for potential video interviews Establishing a post-launch communications strategy Requirements
Proficient in MS PowerPoint Degree or certification in Communications Experience with Adobe Photoshop would be an added plus Must be fluent in English Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company? Please send your complete CV (Word documents preferred)
