Job Description
- Head of a development team with the function of line manager (40-50 people)
- Responsible for release management
- Responsible for software development
- Responsible for the delivery of payment components, technical design and the implementation of integration layer components
- Responsibility for adapting the payments systems planned to co-exist with the target Clear2Pay (C2P) components and for the decommissioning of Legacy components
- Accountability for providing technical facilities to migrate from the existing systems to the target platform
- Involvement in system test environments
- Vendor and 3rd Party Management
Requirements
- Higher education or degree in Information Technology
- Proven track record of 10
- Experience in leading large development teams with ~50 people, preferably in Matrix or program organizations
- Excellent know-how in 3rd Party Software Integration and/or Software Engineering
- Knowledge in Vendor Management topics
- Fluent in GERMAN and ENGLISH
- Excellent leadership personality with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders on all levels
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills and ability to work under pressure
Contract Details
- Contracting duration: 6 months
- Start: as soon as possible
- Daily rate: CHF 980.- (all inclusive)
- Location: Zurich
