Requirements:
. Degree level education preferred in Computer Science or comparable education

. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyse software requirements
. Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
. 5 years' experience building web-based applications, employing technologies such as Java, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, etc.
