Our client is looking for a Software Engineer to assist them with developing a scientific data processing infrastructure.
The role will involve:
Developing Computational pipelines in a distributed Linux environment (HT Condor).
Parallel Computing (computing cluster, high throughput computing)
Convert working prototypes of pipelines developed by scientists to robust, parallel revisions.
Software development in Python and/or C++.
Candidates should have strong development skills in Python or C++, experience with job schedulers (HT Condor would be an advantage).

Duration: 3 months + 12 month Extension
