Our client is looking for a highly motivated Ruby on Rails developer to join their team in Zurich.
They are looking for a skilled developer to join their staff for 1 year initially with the opportunity to extend.
- First and foremost, you must be zealous developer (m/f) - with a strong background in the field of Information Technology.
- 2 or more years of management experience over a development team using genuine agile methodologies.
- You have gained hands on experience working on one or more Rails Projects.
- You currently lead a team of no less than 5 people for a minimum of 1-2 years.
- You are a passionate Ruby code writer of at least 3 years.
- Knowledge in: RoR, Scrum/Kanban, MySQL, MongoDB, jQuery, BDD, TDD.
- Open and communicative personality and enjoy working part of a team.
- Experience working on an open source project
