Transformation Manager - Process Optimisation - Banking
Our client is a leading finance institution based here in Zurich. As part of their cost-reduction program for 2015 they are seeking a strong Business Analyst/Change Manager to perform analysis on their current business processes, and develop solutions that can best optimise the current resources.
The ideal candidate will have previously analysed and developed solutions that have focused on organisation change and its operating model.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Business transformation projects to drive best practice & cost efficiency
- Front-to-Back process & controls improvements
- Systems re-platforming including Front Office, operations, risk, product control & finance systems
- Financial remediation
- Target Operating Model
Required Experience
- 5+ years experience within a business change function within the finance industry
- Experience in process improvement based upon Lean Management and Six Sigma principles
- Experience in analysing organisational structures and presenting solutions to senior managers on areas of improvement and cost reduction
