Our client a major global player in the Financial Services industry is currently seeking an experienced SAP Workflow/ABAP Expert
The candidate will be responsible for the technical design, development, testing, implementation, support, and documentation of ABAP and Workflow objects within an SAP ECC 6.0 environment. Their time will be split almost 50/50 between Workflow and ABAP assigned tasks.
From a workflow perspective, the consultant will provide expertise in analysing the business approval Matrix and map the solution to the workflow developed objects. They will need experience in maintaining assignments to SAP relational objects along with the development of workflow tasks.
The candidate will possess a strong understanding of the configuring of log events, the linking of change documents to events, the definition of reports for workflow, perform work item analysis, and be able to perform configuration relating to workflow outlook box and task analysis.
In addition, experience in at least 2 of the following SAP Modules with regards to workflow approval process is required: FI, CO, HR, FS-CM, FS-CD
From an ABAP perspective, the SAP Workflow/ABAP Developer-Senior will provide expertise in analysing the functional requirements and translating these requirements into technical solutions that meet the business needs. Individual will need strong experience in implementing these technical solutions using ABAP Procedural and Object logic, BAPIs, BAdIs, IDocs, Customer Modifications, Enhancement Frameworks, SAPScript and SmartForms. Individual will also need experience using the ABAP problem solving tools to resolve production issues whether they are performance related or break-downs in the logic flow.
