Data Centre Network Engineer (Contract, Greater Basel)
In this challenging contract you will be responsible for planning and coordination of network installations across the EMEA region. Additionally you will execute routine tasks such as updating of network drawings, complete installation and documentation to support handover to a global organisation. Besides, you will deploy network components and solve errors.
This is a contract role in the Greater Basel area.

Fluent English and German skills are mandatory, Spanish is advantageous.
For this challenging role we are searching for a network engineer with excellent knowledge of network technologies in large enterprises, as well as of switching, routing and associated protocols. CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is a must. Knowledge of WLAN, SLB, CUG and WAN acceleration is desirable. Experience with Data Centre environments is necessary for this role too. Moreover, we are searching for a candidate with know-how in ITIL and ITSM, openness towards working during out-of-office hours and weekly on-call services.
