Change Manager/Project Manager with outsourcing experience
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Change Manager. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Interaction with business representatives, project managers, developers
- Classic project management tasks
- Include activities in the areas of business analysis, change management, IT strategy, develop business case and communication are the task field
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Experience in managing software development projects of medium or greater complexity
- Project line experience in the banking environment, ideally Private Banking and/or Asset Management
- Practical experience of change management, IT strategy, workforce strategy
- Extensive knowledge about outsourcing and organisational chances
- Experience in complex IT environments
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or similar process models) or iterative process models (RUP)
- Fluent English, good knowledge of German are a plus
