Take the challenge! Risk Analytics is one of the fastest growing advisory services within the firm. Our success is based on solving complex risk questions for our leading Swiss based clients. On the interface between business and IT we are focusing on projects related to financial crime, regulation & legal change, business risk, innovation and technology.
For our offices in Zurich and Geneva we're looking for an experienced Manager/Director with strong project delivery and business development skills. As leading part of our growing team, you will be responsible for further developing new client relationships and actively maintaining our existing client portfolio in Switzerland.

Your profile
- Master degree in business informatics or equivalent with a good mix between technology and business. MBA/EMBA with focus on business solutions/strategy preferred.
- 7+ years working experience in a leading professional service firm or leading Swiss based company with a context to financial crime, regulation & legal change, business risk, innovation and technology. FSI focus preferred.
- 3+ years applied track record of successful management and delivery of complex projects.
- The ability to develop solutions and value adding propositions and take these to the market.
- Experience of managing, strengthening and broadening relationships within the own company and with clients.
- Broad background of information technology eg IT/data architecture and life cycles, data governance, service management, testing or data/system migration.
- Previous or current working experience with a range of data tools and/or programming languages, such as MS-SQL BI Suite, DataFlux, Trillium, SQL, R, SAS, Access/Excel, VBA, JAVA, C#.
- The ability to determine market and client needs with innovative approaches.
- The ability to manage a strong industry network, identify and convert sales opportunities and lead the sales process.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and in many different and challenging environments.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication-, presentation-, business writing- and professional skills, including being able to liaise with both technical and business contacts at our clients.
