SAP Project Manager (Pharma- Supply chain)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2 years
Location: Basel (travel required 25% - 50%)
High Level Responsibilities:
* Act as associated project manager and support ERP IT project lead, including support on establishing framework for technical integration, data governance and system governance
* Manage functional integration between ERP projects for Operations, Commercials & Finance throughout the entire project life cycle
* Support set up technical standards for aligned SAP system deployment between above DC projects.
* Act as liaison between ERP Commercials and Program projects
Job Candidate Requirements:
* 8 years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization
* Broad and strong experience in the implementation of SAP ECC projects
* Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules (SD/MM/FI/CO/CRM)
* Sales and operation reporting
* Thorough process understanding of business processes of sales affiliates
* IT/solution architecture and business process design skills
* Strong project management experience
* Experience in working in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation
* Experience with ITIL desirable
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is assessed as a plus
* Responsible and reliable
* Strong communication skills
* International mindset with clear goal orientation
* Strategic mindset and able to lead change
Education and Certifications:
* Minimum Requirement: BS in Computer Science, business administration or equivalent degree and/or experience.
* Preferred: Post graduate qualifications at a Masters or PhD level
* Expert knowledge in area of expertise and preferably a broad IT experience
* Project Management (PMI preferred)
* Industry recognized certifications in the relevant area a plus.
* ITIL knowledge, ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Education and Certifications:
* Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
* Flexibility to travel for up to 50% of time including outside of home country
* Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or on
