An excellent opportunity is now open for an Associated Project Manager/Integration Manager to join a 2 years Pharmaceutical project with a Consulting Company in Switzerland.
The position is based in Basel, but candidate should be willing to travel if required (25%-50%)
You will hold these high level responsibilities:
-Managing and supporting ERP IT project lead, including support on establishing framework for technical integration, data governance and system governance
-Managing functional integration between ERP projects for Operations, Commercials & Finance throughout the entire project life cycle
-Support set up technical standards for aligned SAP system deployment between above DC projects.
-Act as liaison between ERP Commercials and Program projects
You will have the following background:
-8 years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization
-Broad and strong experience in the implementation of SAP ECC projects
-Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
-Thorough process understanding of business processes of sales affiliates
-IT/solution architecture and business process design skills
-Strong project management experience
-Experience in working in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation
-Experience with ITIL desirable
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is assessed as a plus
-You will be responsible and reliable, have strong communication skills as well as an international mind-set with clear goal orientation and a strategic mind-set and able to lead change
Education and Certifications:
-Minimum Requirement: BS in Computer Science, business administration or equivalent degree and/or experience.
-Preferred: Post graduate qualifications at a Masters or PhD level
-Expert knowledge in area of expertise and preferably a broad IT experience
-Project Management, PMI preferred.
-Industry recognized certifications in the relevant area a plus.
-ITIL knowledge, ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
-Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
-Flexibility to travel for up to 50% of time including outside of home country
-Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or on call arrangements to provide support 24/7
