Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
*Joining the Windows 7 project team and resolving technical OS/Application/Testing issues.
*Installing computers and applications
*Testing applications
*Resolving software incidents
*Resolving hardware incidents
*Perform quality checks of installed hardware and software
*Participate in project meetings
*Provide hyper care IT support for Windows 7 activities
*Desktop and laptop installation
*Access Control (Granting access on Windows file systems
Non-Technical profile requirements:
*German and English spoken and written
*Experience with Windows migration
*Excellent can-do in a very demanding environment with tight deadlines
*Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
*Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
