Project Manager - Master Data Management (MDM) for pharma in Basel - only payrolling through Adecco
Project Manager/Organizational Change Manager for the global deployment of the customer master data management (MDM) initiative to all sales affiliates in a leading active role
Scope
Actively support the implementation of the customer master MDM in all sales sites around the globe in collaboration with the REXIS (new CRM system based on salesforce.com) project
Actively support the sales sites with the change management of the local organization when introducing the global best practices (Roles & Responsibilities, Processes, Data Quality Reporting)
Actively support the sales sites in using the best practices and ensure that the sales sites stay aligned with the global best practices
Actively support implementation of global bodies and roles for the customer master MDM
Further development of the best practices for the customer master segment of the Diagnostics Master Data Management (MDM) strategy and collaborate with the REXIS (new CRM) project
Support the global MDM team as needed with implementation of the MDM strategy for vendor master, product master and finance master data.
Documentation and communication in English. Preferably other languages in addition
Skills
If possible Organizational Change Management experience
If possible Master Data Management experience
Languages: German, English. Preferably other languages as well
Dates and Duration
The consulting activities will start preferably September 15th, latest by end of September 2014
Intended to run until 30 June 2015, with a possibility that it may be extended until December 2015
Location
Work location is Basel.
The consultant will have to work in Mannheim two days a week or more on a regular basis.
The consultant will have to travel to the sales affiliates in EMEA, LATAM and APAC for workshops and implementation activities
