Helpdesk IT Support - This is a long term contract opportunity for a Helpdesk IT Supporter to work within a Global organization in Zurich.

Tasks:

  • Call entry for selected Customers (phone, email, automated)
  • Validate support contracts and SLA'a
  • Pass the support cases on to the correct organization
  • Assure Customer is informed regarding support status from start of issue until the solution is provided
  • A-Z monitoring all open cases of the selected SPS customers
  • Interface between the Customer and the support organization
  • Dispatch Calls electronically using given tools and applications
  • Manage open calls/reporting
  • "push" cases through support organization
  • Deal with Global Support Centers
  • Maintain case lists
  • Handle and coordinate complaints/critical cases

Specific skills:

  • Familiar with the world of IT
  • Experienced with PC/MS Office
  • Communication, telephone skills, helpdesk
  • Good mannered
  • Organization talent
  • Experienced in telephone communication
  • Open minded/Team-working
  • Clear communication (voice and articulation)
  • Independent
  • Able to think customer oriented
  • Languages: English, German and French as a must
