Cisco Unified Communications Engineer - Cisco - Voice - VideoMy client is a leading Systems Integrator, searching for UC Engineers for a Remote Support position. The contract is an initial 3 month contract, with possibilities for extensions or a more long term engagement. The start date for this role is within the next 2 weeks.
The role:
- Shift-Based Level 2 support for the end client.
- Remote Troubleshooting of Network issues.
- Deal with escalations and implement correctional changes.
- All round UC Support, Cisco, Jabber, Webex.
- Home based position for up to 100% of the contract with business travel.
- Laptop and Phone provided by the client.
- Working experience with Support Cisco Voice, CUCM, Gateways, Unity.
- CCNA Voice or CCVP level skills.
- Ability to be self disciplined and work remotely.
- Experience Supporting with Jabber or Webex.
