Java/J2EE, Spring -Senior Lead Developer/Software Architect
Our client in the bank industry in Zurich is searching for a Lead developer/Software Architect to have end-to-end responsibility for all technical aspects of project, including development, testing, effort estimation, application design, coding standards, problem resolution etc.
Responsibilities:

Controls quality of application development by making sure the architecture and development guidelines/rules are followed

Manages the knowledge base for the projects and IT solutions they work on
-
Conducts design and code reviews
-
Communicates project status, resource constraints, and open issues to the project manager on a timely manner
Requirements:
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills
-
Very strong development and technical skills Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Database, Web Applications, Security
-
8+ years of experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of large complex environments
-
Excellent design skills
-
Good knowledge of design/modelling standards (UML, design patterns etc.)

Good knowledge of database design
-
12+ years of experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of large complex environments, nice to have
-
Experience with Oracle, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Sun Solaris, nice to have
-
Experience with integrating standard products into a complex environment, nice to have

Working experience in financial industry, nice to have

Language skills: English and German
