PMO, Investment Banking, Zurich - Fluent in English and German
PMO required at a Tier 1 Investment Bank as an urgent requirement who is a fluent in English speaker and has strong German verbal & writing abilities.
Responsibility:
- Program meetings (agenda, minutes, document handling, coordination of work streams)
- Internal communication (Update of Intranet site and publishing of internal news, close cooperation with internal communications and stakeholders)
- Coordination of client mailings (handling sign-off process with legal/internal communications/proof readers and cooperation with output centre)
- Coordination and distribution of program reporting
- Prepare presentations to senior management & program bodies Development/editing/update of internal CA instructions
- Support of Program Management
You will need to have:
- good understanding of processes & communication experienced in project management
- proficient understanding of MS Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel) proactive working style strong analytical and interpersonal skills sound written and verbal communication skills
- independent, assertive and flexible qualities
Languages: fluent in English and German (verbal & writing), any additional language an asset
