For a long-term project in Basel, we are looking ASAP for an Executive Assistant
Please note that fluent German is a must for this position
Tasks:
Supporting the Business Unit Manager in all aspects of administration and secretarial duties, including complex diary management (eg scheduling & coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls etc.) Dealing with general enquiries, messages and logistical preparation of meetings Scheduling and organizing events, workshops and travel arrangements Professional and diligent preparation of presentations and drafting of documents Support business administration/management activities, eg meeting minutes, invoice control, onboarding support & coordination Support Management team with miscellaneous administrative and secretarial duties and travel organization Setting up administrative processes of senior management team Project work (rebranding facility in Baselland, organization of important events) Deputy of other administrative departments Requirements:
Commercial education background Experience as an assistant in an international environment Committed team player Excellent planning and organization skills Delivery focused, strong hands-on and independent, pro-active personality Excellent oral and written communication skills (English, German) Good MS Office skills Are you interested in this position?
