Sales Consultant with experience of CRM/IT Sales required by a leading international organisation. This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to potentially becoming a permanent role. This role can be based in Zurich, Geneva, Amsterdam or Milan. Applicants must speak the local language to business-level ie German, French, Dutch or Italian. Local market rate will apply.
This is an hourly rate + commission based role.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to successfully communicate with existing customers via phone, email and in-person on a daily basis.
- Having good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward client and coworkers.
- Ability to identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential opportunity and the ability to nurture the prospect and opportunity in a pipeline through hand off.
- Work with field representatives and hand off highly qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly pipeline and revenue quotas.
- Communicate information about calls accurately and effectively to the management and clients.
- Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Manage client relationships.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside sales and/or telesales experience ideally working with enterprise accounts.
- History selling enterprise software
- Excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills are required.
- General knowledge of the IT industry, ideally within CRM ie Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP etc.
- The ability to learn quickly, and retain knowledge, is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity required.
- Candidates who are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic are required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
