Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for an EMEA Literature Project Manager for one of our clients, a multinational investment management corporation with their HQ in New York.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Management and planning of published literature, upcoming campaigns and regulatory changes on time and on budget, liaising closely with country marketing managers
  • Ensuring that the relevant stakeholders are regularly updated on literature within their market
  • An ability and willingness to learn about regulatory requirements for each country and ensure that all published material is approved by the business/compliance and adheres to local laws and regulations.
  • Liaison with country marketing managers and external vendors to manage the translation of literature (including the cross-checking against English versions)
  • Working with in house and external typesetters/designers to create standard literature using templates
  • Liaising with clients preferred print vendor to ensure the most cost-effective and timely solution for all literature in various languages
  • Management of stock levels of marketing collateral using external vendors
  • Management of website literature and other internal document repositories
  • Pro-active updating of literature to ensure that it is always correct and compliance approved
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of the process and each approval
  • Proof reading work to ensure consistency and quality
  • Ensuring that documents meet brand guidelines
  • Providing PowerPoint support for key projects including an annual survey in multiple languages

REQUIRES SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

  • A good knowledge of written English as well as written German and/or Italian essential with a proven track record of operating within tight deadlines to produce high quality products
  • Strong project management skills, including an ability to prioritise workload effectively, move projects forward in a complex environment and actively manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project schedules and delivering on time and to budget
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment - adaptable, reliable with a strong 'can do attitude'
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in regards to changes in strategy and project plans
  • Willingness to train/learn new systems and packages
  • Budget management

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to London
