Production Support - Our client, a large financial services company, is currently looking for a 1st Line Production Support. The team is part of a global organization and provides 1st level support for multiple technologies (Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle and MS-SQL) on a 24/7 basis for systems located in Switzerland.

Main duties include:
- 24/7 Shift Work
- Incident Management (1st Level Support)
- Change Management (mainly SW-Deployments & script execution)
- Operational Requests (Service Requests, User-/Account Management)
Required Skills:
- Experience Microsoft Windows Systems Administrator
- Preferably skills in MS-SQL Database Administration
- Ready/willing to learn additional technologies
- Ready/willing to work in 24/7 shifts
- Good English
- Motivated & innovative, can-do attitude
- Team Player
- Good MS Office skills is an advantage
- Scripting knowledge (VBS, VBA, C#) is an advantage
