For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a
Technical lead in integration (Tax environment)
Languages: English and German
We are looking for Technical inhouse lead for the 3rd party application OBS. The candidate is responsible to integrate the changed/new functionality of the application OBS to the bank's environment.
OBS is in the environment a tax calculation core used for the Swiss withholding tax agreements with Austria and Great Britain and for the Austrian Onshore withholding tax.
Role overview
Production support
- Supervision of production support processes
- Responsible for the incident-, change-, release-, and Problem management processes
- Defect analysing
- Write IT specifications and requirements for 3rd party software vendor
- GAP specification within existing documents
- End user- and second level support
Engineering and implementation
- Member of implementation projects
- Track 3rd party vendor on delliverables
- Analyze and specify customer business requirements
- Analyze and specify technical requirements
- Parameterization and customization of the application OBS
- Contribute to change- and release management processes
- System test and roll out of new functionality
- Documentation (Operation manual)
Mandatory education/experience
- university degree or similar education preferably in information technology or information management
- coding experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL and/or MS-SQL Server T-SQL
- Experience in leading small or medium sized IT-teams
- Good knowledge of financial instruments (Bonds, Funds, FX, TOFF,..)
- Knowledge of banking industry
Beneficial experience
- Sound know how in transaction banking processes
- Knowledge about withholding taxing processes
- Technical knowledge about Unix, Windows and Linux
- Experience as IT specialist in the financial industry for at least 6 years
Languages
Very good German and English (w/s)
