Production Supporter (1st Line) (2206)

Production Services Switzerland is part of a global organization (GSO) and provides 1st level support for multiple technologies (Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle and MS-SQL) on a 24/7 basis for systems located in Switzerland.

Main duties include:
24/7 Shift Work
Incident Management (1st Level Support)
Change Management (mainly SW-Deployments & script execution)
Operational Requests (Service Requests, User-/Account Management)
Qualifications/competencies:
Experience Microsoft Windows Systems Administrator
Preferably skills in MS-SQL Database Administration
Ready/willing to learn additional technologies
Ready/willing to work in 24/7 shifts
Good English
Motivated & innovative, can-do attitude
Team Player
Good MS Office skills is an advantage
Scripting knowledge (VBS, VBA, C#) is an advantage
