For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a: Essbase Excel Database specialist (En&Fr) to provide support for our client's financial reporting through Essbase, and develop ad-hoc reporting applications through Excel.
Responsibilities will include:
- In charge of all processes relying on ESSBASE cubes (starting from data collection to final upload in the cube)
- Develop EIS reporting solutions.
- Analyze and develop Excel applications and reports.
- Work closely with CLGO team members and Finance Business users.
- Maintain the documentation up to date.
- Deliver training on the ESSBASE cubes
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on Essbase and Excel/VBA
- Good knowledge of Essbase/multidimensional spaces
- Strong knowledge of Excel/VBA (Macro/formulas)
- Good multi-dimensional modelling skills
- Fluent in English and French both written and spoken
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of 2014 in the first instance. The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Vevey. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
