For a long term project at our client site in the vicinity of Zurich we are looking for an experienced
German speaking Project Manager w/ focus on Capital Market Transactions/Emissions (2193)
The role's main focus is to act as an SME in issues related to capital market transactions/emissions and related correspondence/due diligence with main partners: rating agencies, investment banks, law firms, and so on. In addition the candidate will be involved in contract negotiations with providers, knowledge transfer with industry relevant SMEs and all management of internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- In-depth knowledge in Capital Market Transactions and Emissions
- Relevant project management experience in said space (Switzerland and international)
- Professional stakeholder management
- Sound financial markets knowledge, Credit Card industry knowledge is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and knowhow in dealing with market actors (investment banks, rating agencies and the like)
- Solid project management skills and a profound interest in researching plus presenting relevant findings to upper management
- Project reporting and budget reporting
To fill this challenging role the ideal candidate must possess solid German language skills (at least to a B2 level) and be completely business fluent in English.
