Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
- Leading the project team.
- Ensure plans and scope of IT programs / projects are in line with the overall IT Strategy.
- Complying with Project Management methodologies.
- Support, manage and prioritize requirements together with the business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
- Facilitate escalation of issues.
Requirements
Must have:
- 5 years expertise in Project Management (certification is a plus).
- Strong background in Web Communication / Social- / Collaboration Platforms.
- Skilled in Vendor Management (outsourcing partner / dispersed teams).
- Hands-on experience in agile Project Management /Management of virtual teams.
- Has the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders / senior management.
Advantageous:
- Experience with:
- ADOBE EM (Experience Manager) / CQ (Communique 5).
- JIVE Communication / Collaboration.
- Starmind.
- Banking background.
- SDLC or RUP experience.
Soft skills
- Fluent in English and German (written / spoken).
- Resilient and flexible.
- Hands-on attitude.
