For a project at our banking client site, we are looking for an experiencedProject Management Coordinator (2133)
Description of the output
- Successful administration of project management framework, processes, and tools
- Collation of status reporting across multiple programs and business functions
- Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics
- Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools
Description of the tasks
- Support and assist the successful delivery of programs and projects
- Assist and advise leaders, managers, and teams to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced, high tech environment
- Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in project management
- Assist in the management of key initiatives and programs supporting the strategic objectives or the organization
- Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete dir als draft
Your qualification
- Bachelor or Master of University or University of Applied Science or relevant work experience
- Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills, creativity and persistency
- Several years in Project (Portfolio) Management
- Working with / managing global teams in a matrix organization
- Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
- Several years of banking experience, preferable with touchpoints to banking infrastructure
Systems/programming languages/databases
- Know how in Security Domain considered a plus
Technology
- Microsoft Office, Visio, Powerpoint
Fluency in English is mandatory. German would be an advantage.
