 Cyber Security Support Engineer - Switzerland

1x Cyber Security Support Engineer -Switzerland is needed in, on contract base in Switzerland  (various location:Zurich, Bern and Lausanne)  for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Eligibility to work in Switzerland and fluent English language skills are a prerequisite for an application (knowledge of any local language will be taken as a plus).  Start date will be end of August or beginning of September.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CSO in the creation of the most efficient Cyber Security Organization based on overall mission, as well as for legal and Customers (mainly Sunrise and Swisscom) requirements.
  • Identify the minimum contract requirements and risks.
  • Clarify the situation around SIEM.
  • Review existing document in the light of the new version of the standard.
  • Configuration of the Quality system and training of the internal clients staff member. Support clients in the needed work on the Back End processes.
  • Create Security Manager job description, support hiring process and train new Security Officer, Managers and Experts
  • ISO 27001 - ensure new version certificate requirements are implemented and prepare re-certification
  • The re-certification will require evidence of continual improvement. Identify what is required, produce what is missing and enable client to produce what is required for the remainder of the year.
  • Minimum output Risk Management & Gap Analysis.
  • Additionally, based on request:
  • Support Swiss Cyber Security Team for Swisscom project to:
  • Identify and understand clients required legal requirements as contractual risks and obligation toward Swisscom.
  • Align customer approach (identify peers)
  • Identify local Contact person (both parties), set up the organization and establish the process (from product solution team)
  • Build a CERT2CERT relationship with Swisscom in order to speed up the reporting/solving of product security vulnerability in a orchestrated manner
  • Identify and understand the legal and projects requirements for Huawei Switzerland Suppliers, then support CS Team to plan the necessary actions.

Skills:

  • Experience in coaching staff
  • Knowledge of Swiss laws on Cyber Security
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 - ensure new version certificate requirements are implemented and prepare re-certification
  • Experience in telecom industry
  • Fluent English language (knowledge of any other local language will be taken as a plus)
