Beschreibung
You will be skilled and highly experienced across Service Desk Transition and End User Computing. You will have previous experience of carrying out all activities around the transitioning of global service desks with/or large scale end user computing programmes. You will be used to dealing with scale, costings, schedules, impact analysis, anticipating potential issues and navigate around them. Excellent planning and organisation ability across global IT infrastructure combined with a sound knowledge of service deliver models.
This is an initial 2 month contract leading on to a subsequent 12 month tenure.
