For one of your best client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Bern, we are currently looking for a Support Analyst/Helpdesk.
THE ROLE:
*Follow-up and support for the PC park, different types of technologies or network environments;
*Daily 1st line incident and troubleshooting;
*Installation and configuration of network environments, voice and peripherals on request;
*Maintaining customer service and availability;
*Telephony (Fixed phone, Cell phone, Blackberry's)
*Access Control (Granting access on Windows file systems
*Deliver support on the following categories
*General networking issues, VPN, Switches, (Multi function) Printers
*Software installation (Windows 7/XP, MS Office, Outlook)
*Desktop and laptop installation
*User management for infrastructure
