Harvey Nash is looking for a Service Desk Associate for a 8 month project in Switzerland.
The HR Admin team covers services such as Entry, ELC, Transfer, Exit, Reporting as well as dispatching and work permit.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining all kind of requests (calls/tickets) related to HR Admin Services - ticket resolution provided within SLA Performing service delivery according to the HR Policies and Standards Supporting HR Business Partners, Line Managers and Employees for operational daily questions and ticket resolution and supporting the HR Admin Service Managing around operational HR Admin tasks and issues process creation, review, validation and implementation within HR Services Switzerland Managing HR Admin service requests (according service catalogue) and fulfilling processes and services according to HR P&S and internal work instructions Ensuring customer satisfaction while focusing on fast, qualitative and adequate ser-vice delivery Operating the CISCO telephone hotline and treats customer requests and ensuring with team availability during office hours Ensuring appropriate QUEST Ticketing Tool usage Providing support to the overall HR Admin team and contributes in reaching the team goals Supporting in improving various HR processes and taking over additional tasks as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more areas (eg eFile, eForms, PKI registration, reporting, ePMP support). Requirements:
1-3 years in HR or other administrative experience Commercial degree, further education in the HR services are (Personalsachbearbeiter/in or adequate education) Experience with SAP HCM Experienced with Ticket Tool Experienced in working for a Service Environment Good spoken and written English and German, other language skills is a plus, eg French, Italian Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
