Project Management Officer - Software development projects, banking, PM Methodology
Randstad IT Professionals is actively seeking a Project Management Officer, for one of our major clients, a global bank headquartered in Zurich.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain communication infrastructure (JIRA, WIKI, Local drives, SVN, Whiteboard, Distribution lists etc.)
- Organize Meetings, Write Minutes etc.
- Update and maintain Resource planning, project financials and schedule
- Manage and ensure process compliance
- Ad-Hoc tasks (eg presentations, problems solving sessions etc.)
- Project management for a small project within the overall scope with the idea of growing responsibility
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience as PMO in SW development projects
- Experience as PL of some small projects is a plus
- Good communication (English must, German plus), very reliable, structured, service oriented
- Motivated and eager to learn more and take over responsibilities (goes the extra mile)
- Banking experience is a MUST
