Main responsibilities:
He/she will support the Roles & Security side of the Retail program, as member of an onshore team of 5. More specifically, he/she will concentrate his/her time on SAP CRM based roles and focus on fixing roles when they are failing Unit, Integration or MAT testing. User Management will also be part of the mission, in a Globe environment.
Roles Unit Testing
Ensuring roles are properly unit tested once they are designed or once change request are raised.
Roles fix
Fixing defects when raised through Unit Testing, Integration Testion or MAT
Stakeholder Management
Explaining all project stakeholder their deadlines regarding role & Security
User Management
Ensuring the project team gets the proper roles to prepare and test the environments
Skills:
- Good role management knowledge on a SAP CRM architecture (Minimum 1-2 years Security experience and 2 full life cycle implementation)
- Understanding of the Phenix constraints, and ensuring E2E is taking into account when talking about roles
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent ability to work with 3rd parties in a Globe environment
- Hard work commitment.
- Ability to work under go live pressure
- Ideally knowledge of the globe environment
