Transition Application Support Lead -Agile PLM
On behalf of our client, a well renowned Global IT Company, we are currently looking for an experienced German speaking Application Support Lead with PLM experience for a contract role based in Zuchwil- Solothurn in Switzerland.

Must Haves/Mandatory:
. German Fluency,
. Experience in Application Support (Level 1 helpdesk, Level 2 and Level 3)
. Experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) preferably in Medical Device Manufacturing environment.
Job Description:
. Lead transition activities between existing and new support team for Eigner 6 PLM system.
. Author technical documents required for transition phase for Support.
. Coordinate support activities with onsite-offshore model.
. Interact with business users on daily basis regarding support questions clarification.
. Ensure Quality and Compliance requirements are considered in every step of support of the application adhering to the clients SDLC process.
. Build strong relationships with franchise business owners.
Skills
. 5- 7 years experience in Quality and Compliance with a Bachelors degree.
. Experience in FDA regulated environment with good understanding of cGxP (cGMP, cGDP, cGAMP, cGLP) standards and Risk based validation.
. Experience in Computer system validation.
. Experience in providing Support on the system to end users.
. Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
. Experience in Change Control.
. Experience on various FDA standards (21 CFR Part 11, 210, 211, 820)
. Experience is creation of SOPs.
. Knowledge of FDA guidances and industry standards (ie, GAMP)
. Must know German and English language with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
. Able to work as a team player, lead a team or accomplish tasks without supervision.
. Ability to work with remote teams and support several changes/projects simultaneously.
. Flexibility to work with an onshore/offshore model.
. Knowledge working with systems; such as, Agile PLM, PLM, Eigner, E6, Windchill
