Job Description
- Coordinate the Requirements Engineering team and ensure the high quality of consistent end-to-end requirements
- Support the business and provide a common understanding of the requirements with clear documentation for the business and the IT parties involved
- Develop, manage and estimate the business accurate, complete and unambiguous requirements with respect to products and their component and the requirements engineering process
- Maintain traceability between requirements and requests and identify the impact of changes
- Identify synergies, redundancies and inconsistencies between the project plan and requirements as well as strategy and the overall contect in application and technical architecture
- Provide and review inputs for a test strategy and priorities
Skills
- University degree or similar education preferably in IT or Information Management
- 8+ years in Requirements Engineering within financial institutions
- Solid experience with UML in IT projects
- Profound knowledge about FATCA, Transaction Tax, Final Withholding or European Tax
- Experience with the following skills are a PLUS:
o JIRA, Polarion, Enterprise Architect 9.x
o Background in software development processes and life cycle
o Understanding of financial instruments, security, single accounts, FX and forward contract transactions processing incl. corporate actions
o Project Management experience - Distinctive, analytical, well-structured and flexible professional with solution-oriented, autonomous, driven, responsibly and proactive approach
- English mother tongue and very good German knowledge are a MUST
