Demand Planning Specialist
Main responsibilities:
. Drive the solution and development from the evaluation of the needs, through all stages of the development until the market supports.
. Establish the processes to reduce the operational costs and to ensure the evolution of the solution.
. Design and construct the solution supporting the business needs, from concept to sustain phase, this includes creation and maintenance of the supporting documentation.
. Provide support to my client's markets in order to leverage the usage of the solution and ease the deployment of new developments.
. Ensure compliance and consistency with template design by validating the requirements using business experience, process knowledge and/or SAP SCM and ERP specific knowledge (FitGAP validation)
. Knowledge transfer to the implementation teams, delocalized centers and markets.
. Create and maintain support tools to ensure that my client's subdivision and markets are able to implement the solution in line with the solution.
. Sustain the 3rd level: Resolve incidents, requests and problem tickets assigned to the team within the service level agreed with the markets.
. Flexibility to support my client and market relevant business requirement deemed necessary (eg BluePrint, FitGAP assessment, knowledge transfer and even business recovery)

. Self-starter, analytical (problem solver), ability to learn
. Excellent Business understanding.
. Demonstrate influencing skills
. Proven change management capabilities knowledge
.Good understanding of value for customer/consumer
.Strong knowledge of the information flow value chain End2End process and the handover points, in particular understanding of best proactive, implications, benefits & issues.
.Understanding of priorities, challenges and processes
Knowledges:
. SAP-APO SNP/G-ATP, DP &/or PP/DS preferred.
. Knowledge of SAP-R/3SD, MM, PP, and MRP preferred.
. Knowledge of SAP-BW
. Basic ABAP knowledge (debugging) required
. Interest in latest web trends
. Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
. Minimum 2 years End2End experience in large scale SAP configuration & implementation.
Language(s):
. Fluent in English. French is considered as an asset
