Solution Architect - Unified Communications (Contract, Zurich)
For our client, a world leader in the financial sector, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent.
In this challenging position, you will be responsible for developing new products and services within the Unified Communications area, based on requirements from the business. Additionally, you will define standards and guidelines.
In this role:
- You will gather requirements directly from customers;
- You will create RFQs and interact with outsourcing partners;
- You will oversee the design within an outsourcing environment;
- You will optimise the existing environment by evaluating and developing new technologies, products and concepts
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 1 year.
The project language is English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
For this position, we are searching for a candidate with sound experience in the area of communications, networks, video and IP-telephony (design and engineering). Additionally, you have expertise in areas like Cisco Unified Communication, Cisco Telepresence, Cisco routing & switching and Microsoft Unified Communication products. You have a strong understanding of the marketplace, you have strong troubleshooting skills, as well as extensive requirements gathering experience. Most importantly, you are able to translate requirements into solutions.
