Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2504for a QA / Test Coordinator (f/m) in Agile Environment
Project environment: A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• The role of the QA / Test Coordinator is to drive the Application of Quality Assurance Principles and Techniques into the agile Delivery Teams, helping to ensure that features delivered meet acceptable Quality Standards.
• Proven Software Testing Background with Experience in leading System Testing while interacting with relevant Stakeholders and Project Team members to collect Test Requirements, identify Risks and determine Testing Scope.
• Good Stakeholder Management and Analysis Skills are essential, as this Role will be liaising closely with the Team's Product Owner and Business Analysts to drive out testable Requirements that can be delivered by the Team.
• Development and maintenance of Test Strategies and supporting Documentation ensuring all project technical requirements are suitably tested.
• Liaise with Production Services and Application support for quick issue resolution, as may be required.
• Leverage and implement Industry Best Practices and standards related to testing.
Requirements
• Overall 3+ years of testing experience with Enterprise Grade Applications.
• Experience working in an Agile Environment / Team.
• Experience with Test and Quality Management Tools (such as Quality Center).
• Experience with Client Data Systems highly desirable.
