For our client, a global healthcare company based in Basel, Swisslinx is seeking a Service Delivery Support.
Start date: as soon as possible
It's a 6 month contract with possible extension in 2015.
In this role you will provide support to the Delivery Service Manager, establishing capacity planning, SLAs and deliverables/support governing the service.
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates with the following profile:
- Experience working within a validated environment is a must;
- GxP, CSV knowledge;
- ITIL Service Management;
- Experience working as a business analyst to assist in driving Change Requests forward;
- Fluency in English is a must, any other language is an advantage.
