Profile
- Good knowledge of CRM module with proven implementation experience with SAP CRM integrated projects
- Proven ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction and Delivery Management
- International experience in IT projects in a Matrix organisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-player
- Solid experience in project management
NOTE: regular travelling abroad is needed for this job
