Junior SAP Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager - 3 months - Geneva, Switzerland

Junior SAP Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager required for one of my clients. This is an initial contract of 3 months to be based in Geneva, Switzerland.

In this role as a Junior SAP Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager your responsibility will be:

  • To give assistance to the Project manager
  • To have an up to date documentation
  • To organise meetings and take minutes of the meeting
  • To manage and update the project plan
  • To help in ensuring project is delivered in time, quality and within budget

Required skills

  • 3-4 years experience as a junior PM/PM assistant
  • Good understanding and prior experience in SAP projects
  • Good understanding of change management
  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical sector highly desired,
  • Good understanding of validation process
  • Certification highly desired, PMI, Prince 2
  • Language: English is a must and French a plus
