For our client, a globally active Swiss firm headquartered in Zurich, we are looking to staff a Projektmanagement Officer on 15.07.2014
Job Description:
• Processing of recurring financial services (such as invoice payments)
• Assist project managers with the root cause analysis of cost deviations (forecast vs. actuals)
• Provide expertise to project managers and PMO's regarding tools and processes
• Act as coach for program managers regarding the IT Security project management methodology and the Investment Governance guidelines
• Monitoring of reporting (Project portfolio)
• Responsible for delivering (financial aspects, project milestones, risks & issues)
• Assistance of management regarding design and implementation of project portfolio management
• Continuously improve the portfolio management processes, tools and templates
• Effective communication to IT Security project managers
Must Haves:
• IT Security Know How
• XLS Advanced
• University Degree
• Experience with PowerPoint (presentation design, content design)
• KPI Investigation, review and presentation
• Automation of processes and reports
Contract Type: Contract
Start Date: 15.07.2014 or by agreement
Duration: 6 months with extension
