Position: Cognos BI Consultant
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Zurich Switzerland
Job Description
- Responsible to interact with the Client for the Requirement.
- Responsible to work in Framework Manager and Cognos Reports in Query Studio, Report Studio and Analysis Studio.
- Responsible to work with FDS, TDS and other Process Documents
- Responsible to create and Unit Test Cases in HPQC
- Responsible to handling the project in smooth till the UAT level
- Responsible to manage team both from Offshore and Onshore.
- Assessing the existing Cognos environments and to provide a roadmap for scalable solution
- Preparation of Technical Proposals for the Business Requirements
- Define the implementation plan and schedule
- Amendments to Cognos Health Check tool, Model the Cognos Audit data and develop the Audit reports
- Design and develop dashboards using Report Studio,
- Designing and develop test plans for various Cognos reports, Providing test cases for new and existing packages
- Document user requirements and translate into solutions
- Train in-house end-users
