SAP Technical Lead (ABAP, Authorisation, Basis, Change Management)
Edelway AG is now URGENTLY looking for a SAP Technical Lead (ABAP, Authorisation, Basis, Change Management) to join a global company in the Basel area. This is initially a 6 months contract with potential for long term extensions. Excellent rates are on offer for the right candidate.
Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus.

Your Profile
Develops and implements ERP/SAP application software solutions within project timelines and quality and documentation standards.
Provides leadership and experience in working primarily within Informatics, on a global scale:
*Coordinate all technical activities within the ERP system.
*Ensure that the different IT layers (OS, DataBase and Application) are operational for the ERP platform.
*Ensure adherence to The Company Standart Securities Guidelines.
*Allign the 3 different projects by setting up a proper Change Management Plan.
*Ensure that the ABAP code is according Quatity principles.
*Translate Business and Process requirements into Technical language.
Your need.
*8+ years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization
*Broad and strong experience in the technical areas of ERP/SAP: ABAP, Authorizations, Basis and Change Management
*Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
*Process design skills
*Project Management experience. Certifications would be a plus (PMP, PMI, Prince2, etc)
*Experience in working in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation
*Experience with ITIL desirable. ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
*Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is assessed as a plus
*BS in Computer Science, business administration or equivalent degree and/or experience.
*Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
*Flexibility to travel for up to 25% of time including outside of home country
*Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or on call arrangements to provide support 24/7
