Project environment
Bosshard & Partner is looking for a Project Manager and Consultant in order to support the overall Project Manager of the Generic Document Viewer Project of a Global Swiss Insurance Company. The respective team works in the Shared Information Services Department (Enterprise Content Management, Big Data etc.), which is a very exciting and new environment. If the candidate works full-time, there is also the possibility to support two other interesting projects (in the areas Text Mining & Analytics and News Management).
Tasks
• IT Project Management tasks (managing a development workstream and the deliverables).
• Evaluation of Document Viewer tools.
• Analysis of Business Requirements, looking for products on the market, submission of recommendations and introduction of the new products.
• Coordination with Stakeholders.
Requirements
Must have:
• Technical Background (e.g. Software Developer or Architect).
• Several years of Project Management Experience.
Experiences in the following are advantageous:
• Microsoft Sharepoint.
• EMC Documentum.
• Document Management.
• Enterprise Content Management.
Softskills
• Ability to work independently and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with people at all levels.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, German would be a plus.
