I am currently working with a global consultancy company based in Geneva they are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join the organisation in order to help improve the overall efficiency/effectiveness of their clients Salesforce.com CRM system.
Technically the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- 4+ years of experience in IT
- Good Communication and analytical skills
- Experience is customer facing roles, interaction with senior stakeholders
- Experience in seamless Liaoning amongst business and IT team from requirements management perspective
- Experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis which including but not limited to the following activities.
ü Interacting with clients and all stakeholders.
ü Participating in periodical business meetings.
ü Consulting with customers to ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction, and making process change recommendations to customer.
ü Preparation of business requirements, functional and software specifications
ü Guiding design and development team members in system design and testing
- NGO Domain experience like Grant management and related processes experience is a plus, listed are few
ü Initiation of grant proposal
ü Financial assessments and submitting the same for approval
ü Final approval workflow
ü Disbursals management
ü Track work activities of NGOs by sending automatic reminders

ü Upload of project related documents submitted by NGOs
ü Integration of disbursal approval with accounting system to automatically release pay orders for NGOs
ü Closure of the grant by checking fulfilment of work items.
Technically you will have the following;
- Salesforce.com Certified ADM 201
- Salesforce.com integration experience
- Experience working on a Global/Multinational project
